Applicable Law

By using S&P website and application, you agree that Law of Thailand will govern these conditions of use. Any dispute of any sort will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Thai court.


Online Order

  • - Delivery is only available in limited area.
  • - S&P reserve the right to change delivery fee outside of delivery area.
  • - 50 Baht delivery fee (No minimum order required).
  • - All prices are included VAT.
  • - Online promotion is exclusive only for delivery service.
  • - All discount cards are not applicable with online delivery service.
  • - S&P reserves the right to change price, menu, cake decorating and other conditions without prior notice.
  • - All visual are used for advertising purpose only.

Cancellation Policy for Online Order

Immediately or same day delivery:

  • - Notify the cancellation order at 1344 Call Center, 60 minutes before the expected delivery time.

Advance delivery:

  • - Notify the cancellation order at 1344 Call center, 1 Day before the delivery date.

Return policy

S&P welcome any product return via online purchase. Please notify our company within 7 days from the day that you received the product.


General return guidelines

Notify us with reason for return and proof of purchase though these channels:

Wait for the confirmation and contact from customer service.

The Company may retrieve the product with our carrier.


Return Eligibility

If you have a problem with the order or change your mind about the purchase, you may request for a product return. Product qualifying for return must also satisfy the requirement:

  • - Wrong order or mismatch product.
  • - Expired product.
  • - Damaged or defective product.
  • - Product does not match the description on website or application.

In order to return the product, product must be in the same condition as you’ve retrieved it. Contains original components and packing material. S&P reserve the right not to authorize ineligible product returns.


Refund Process

The Refund will be processed within 15 days after you notify the customer service with proof of purchase and required document. Refund will be issued to the same method as the original payment.


Paid with Credit Card

A refund will be issued via purchasing credit card. To process your return, we require a proof of purchase and document listed below.

  • - Copy of customer ID card
  • - Copy of the front of purchasing credit card
  • - Copy of customer purchase order

Paid with Cash or Bank Transfer

A refund will be issued via bank transfer to your account. To process your return, we require a proof of purchase and document listed below.

  • - Copy of customer ID card
  • - Copy of the first of customer book bank with clear bank account number and Identical name to ID card
  • - Copy of customer purchase order
